You pay to insure your shipments so that when the inevitable happens, you'll be made whole. But claims are paid only when all of the proper paperwork is processed and a whole lot of companies find that this part of the process can easily fall through the cracks. While processing claims is a standard part of many of our services, we will also process your freight claims as a standalone service. We work with the carriers according to their unique procedures and time frames to make sure that you are reimbursed for damaged or lost shipments, minimizing loss to your or to your customers.
