Mount Prospect, IL And Richmond VA - June 28, 2006: CargoWise edi and Riverside Logistics today announced an exclusive agreement under which Riverside will use the CargoWise © Forwarder software solution to support its international operations.
CargoWise helps Riverside manage various services for its international customers, including bookings, vendor selection, shipment management, customer reporting and accounting functions. Riverside also subscribed to CargoWise's web-based Shiptrax © system, which allows Riverside customers to track shipment status and enter orders in real time from any location with an Internet connection.
According to Riverside's Jum Durfee, General Manager for Transportation, "We selected the ASP (application service provider) version of CargoWise Forwarder because we liked the ability to always stay current. Also, unlike in-house legacy systems which can be costly and burdensome to develop, build and support, CargoWise Forwarder offers superior functionality and support at a fraction of the cost and with minimal drain on internatl resources."

Arens said CargoWise continually refreshes and enhances CargoWise to stay ahead fo changes in the forwarding industry.
