As an aggregator of small package shipping, Riverside Logistics combines all of the small package shipping procured on behalf of all of our customers into one national account, allowing us to buy at the best rates available. We then pass these rates on to our customers, allowing you to benefit from our buying power. We also maintain electronic linkages to our small package partner, allowing us to efficiently audit their performance against contract benchmarks. When they do not deliver on time or otherwise according to those benchmarks, we submit a claim for the refund and apply it to your account.
